Returns
 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
 

- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame;
 

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
 

- Swimwear – customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
 

- Towels – if you wish to return an item it must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging and will not be accepted if it has been removed.
 

- Gift Cards – Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Exchange
 

Ambr Designs will happily offer exchanges if the item is faulty or the incorrect size. Customers wishing to exchange items please contact hello@ambrdesigns.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How?
Please send the unworn item, along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER, to the provided address. Once we has received your item, the item will be inspected before a refund/ exchange is issued. Ambr Designs reserves the right to deny the issue of a refund if the item has been worn or damaged. You will be notified by email if your refund or exchange has been denied.
